Yesterday I had the privilege of being involved in Esther’s french garden inspired wedding at her parents house near Ringwood. This is the first of Esther’s two weddings due to COVID, and I am lucky enough to be doing her makeup for both!
Esther wanted something pink, classic and pretty for her first look. For her second we are going for deeper tones and more of an autumn vibe. This one was all about the prettiness and keeping everything light and bright x

Body sprays were once seen as an introduction into the fragrance world before we were old enough to buy something more mature, but now, they’re considered the lighter and airier cousin of traditional perfumes. Body mists are a refreshing step into subtle, all-over scent. They give us just a hint of fragrance and delicate allure without the heaviness and potency that comes with some perfumes. Summer is a great time to experiment with these bright and fresh scents in calming and captivating formulas, especially when the price is a fraction of that of our go-to favorite scents. Body sprays tend to be light on the chemicals, as well, and infused with natural extracts, making them the ideal choice for those of us with allergy sensitivities. Looking for an invigorating application technique? Store your new favorite body spray in the fridge for a cooling burst of fragrance!

Penny Crystal Hairpins come as a set of 3, and are my ‘best sellers’ due to their versatility and exquisite modern design by White Designs Bridal. They are made using the sparkliest crystal leaves set in gold plated casings. 4 freshwater pearls are added to finish each pin. They work perfectly in a loose bun, soft updo, in plaits or with a half up style. If you have chosen to wear your hair down for your wedding day, then the two prong pins can easily be secured using traditional kirby grips.
The decorative detail on each pin measures approximately 3cm (W) x 4cm (H)
Beautifully packaged in a pretty white box from White Designs Bridal. All items are handmade by their respective designer’s, so whilst every care is taken to ensure they look like the displayed images, some may vary due to the uniqueness of the build process.
I’m a sucker for a delicate hair accessorie and these gorgeous, simple pins by White Designs Bridal are my go to for adding a bit of sparkle in a bridesmaid or flower girl hairstyle. The Penelope Hairpins are made using Swarovski crystal diamantes in a semi-flower design. They are sold in a set of 3 and look fabulous when clustered together in a low bun, or separated along a fishtail plait.
The pin decorative detail measures approximately 2cm (L) x 1.5cm (H)

Not only is this hairpin surprisingly light in weight but also beautifully delicate in form. If any of my brides are opting for a soft chignon, low bun or half up style I always recommend this piece by Victoria Fergusson. A mix of small pearls in Swarovski crystal Ivory, pearlescent and ivory freshwater pearls make such a stunning combination creating the perfect balance of ‘bridal whites’. The tiny beads look like little blossom buds. The design is enhanced with three small fans of Swarovski crystal, mixing Silver Shade and clear gem stones. The perfect choice for understated hair adornment.
The hairpin measures approximately 15cm (L) x 2cm (H)
