‘Just Peachy’ styled shoot on Bride and Tonic wedding blog…

After being featured on Bride and Tonic in November, I am super excited to be on this truly unique wedding blog again!  This time with a styled shoot focusing on a growing trend for 2019 – peaches.  I was honoured when creator and director of the shoot Tasha, of The Hampshire Wedding Club, contacted me to be involved and provide my makeup skills to the mix.  The images are incredibly sweet and I think really capture the feel of the shoot ideas.

Kelly & Dave’s wedding on Love My Dress

Yesterday I was informed by Kelly & Dave’s wedding photography Sarah Williams that their wedding is currently featured on one of the biggest blogs out there… Love My Dress.  I am so happy for Kelly & Dave as they are both incredibly lovely people, so utterly deserve their wedding to be seen by others and for those new couples to be inspired to create their own romantic big day.  Kelly and her bridesmaids were an absolute dream to work with – they were all so relaxed with their makeup requirements and were happy for me just to design away in the morning.

It was just such a perfect day and this is definitely the icing on the cake!

Featured: Want That Wedding… bridal boudoir styled shoot

I am very excited to see our latest styled shoot featured on the very fabulous Want That Wedding wedding blog, launching today.  I had so much fun organising this one and pulling my dream team together again to create something feminine, sexy and powerful.  Something which I think we all need to celebrate and be reminded of now and again… we’re women and we have incredible strength.

Little Book for brides and me…

Last year saw the massive launch of a new directory for brides, by the ‘holy grail’ of everything weddings – Love My Dress.  Little Book for Brides was born – made for brides to be their ‘little black book’ of the top wedding suppliers in the country.  Personally picked and championed by the Love My Dress team, brides are reassured that their choice of supplier is backed by the most trusted wedding blog in the UK.  I simply love being a part of this amazing project and have already had some enquiries from it, so I am really pleased at it’s success on a personal level x

Me and Love My Dress…Little Book For Brides

When Annabel from Love My Dress wedding blog contacted me about getting involved in her new directory, I didn’t hesitate to say yes.  I’m simply in love with her blog and actually used a ‘real-life’ wedding she featured as the inspiration for my own wedding – especially the vintage inspired wedding dress which I had handmade to look a similar style.  So it’s fair to say I’m a fan!  Annabel wanted to create more than just a directory – she wanted to really showcase some of the UK’s best suppliers, so I was completely honoured she chose to feature me.  I think everything she does has such vision, and the directory does not fail in the style stakes.  It’s so exchanging and gives brides so much quality choice in suppliers – rather than going for just suppliers that happen to be near a venue, Annabel shows you you have a choice!

Want That Wedding and me…

Just before Christmas, Sonia who writes for Want That Wedding, asked me to come up with 5 top tips for brides who are attempting to create their own wedding makeup look – basically to get the insider knowledge that professional’s don’t want to let slip!  Being an absolute big fan of Sonia’s site and what she is trying to do, I got to work straight away and also came up with some quirky titles people could have a bit of a giggle at whilst reading.

So You’re Getting Married wedding blog & me…

I’m an avid follower of many wedding blogs, as I love to see what current trends are and what couples have come up with in their individual wedding tastes.  I particularly like to follow So You’re Getting Married blog, as I love the whole vintage, unique feel – and so I was thrilled to be featured as a recommended supplier today on Phoebe’s blog.  I loved writing the article about the business and to share my passion for bridal makeup.
