‘Small Print’ update – version for 2016 bookings…

Ever wanting to keep everything clear for clients I thought I’d just pop the most recent update to the ‘small print’ on the blog, so that it’s all nice and simple – as I hate to hide anything from clients x

  • A non-refundable deposit of £70 is required to secure your wedding date.  Until this is received I cannot guarantee I will be available for your chosen date.
  • You will be invoiced for the remaining balance which must be received at least 14 days before your chosen date.
  • Should the number of people requiring make up increase on the day of the wedding, the full £50 charge will apply as well as a £10 per person surcharge.
  • In the event of cancellation, you will be charged 50% of the full fee if the booking is cancelled within 28 days of your chosen date and 100% if within 14 days.
  • Prices above include travel costs up to a maximum of 20 miles round-trip from Lymington, SO41. Each additional round trip mile above this will be charged at a rate of 45p or as otherwise agreed.
  • Payment can be made by cash, cheque, BACS bank transfer or credit/debit card.
  • Please note that all card payments carry a 2.83% transaction fee.
