I just thought I would let you all know of a recent update to my Terms and Conditions – not very exciting stuff I know!! But nevertheless I love to keep all my brides informed and for them to know exactly where they stand in terms of how to book, reserve the date and what happens if they need to change the booking in anyway. So please feel free to have a good read through and any questions just ask!
The small Print: Payment can be made by cash, cheque, BACS bank transfer or credit/debit card. Prices above include travel costs up to a maximum of 20 miles round-trip from Lymington, SO41. Each additional round trip mile above this will be charged at a rate of 40p or as otherwise agreed. Payment for Wedding Makeup Trials must be made on the day of the trial. To secure your wedding date a £20 deposit is required. Until the deposit is paid the booking is not confirmed and you may lose your date. It is therefore recommended that this is paid as soon as possible. By paying the deposit you are confirming you agree with the T&C’s. Full cleared payment (less deposit paid) is required at least 24hrs before the Wedding Day, otherwise payment must be made with cash or credit/debit card on the day. Bridal party numbers need to be confirmed two weeks before the Wedding Day. If extra people require make up on the day then a £10 surcharge (per person) will be added to the standard cost. In the event of cancellation, or change to bridal party numbers you will be charged 50% of the total wedding makeup fees If the booking is cancelled/changed within 4 weeks of the Wedding Day. Or full payment if cancelled/changed within 2 weeks of the Wedding Day. Please note that all card payments carry a 2.83% transaction fee.
